Standard Appointments - Book Online
Standard appointments are perfect for simple or 1-2 concerns. If you are needing a standard appointment with a Doctor please book online below or contact one of our reception staff on 9456 1811.
Complex Appointments - Please call our reception team
Complex Appointments are perfect for 3 or more concerns or if you have a complex health issue which will require a longer consultation with your Doctor. Please call 9456 1811 and we will assist you with your appointment.

Our Fees
Queensgate Medical Centre is a mixed billing practice. We offer bulk-billing for children under 12, aged and disability pensioners; and discount fees for teenagers and Health Care Card holders. Please call Queensgate reception on 9456 1811 to inquire about our standard fees. Payments must be made on the day of your appointment.
Children 12 years and under:

Mental Health Care Plans:
Mental Health Care Plans incur a small out of pocket fee for all patients. When booking an appointment related to a mental health issue please book a long appointment so your doctor has sufficient time to spend with you.
For convenience, Queensgate Medical Centre processes Medicare claims online, which means patients experience the benefit of instant Medicare rebate. All accounts are payable on the day by EFTPOS, Visa or MasterCard.
