Our team of physicians, nurses, and administrative staff are committed to providing a comprehensive range of medical services that support your physical, social, and mental health needs. General Practice
At Queensgate Medical Centre, we have cultivated an open and collaborative environment in which clear communication – both with patients and among our staff – is actively encouraged, ensuring clarity, trust, and confidence in every experience.
During your appointment, your doctor will assess your personal and family health history, lifestyle factors, and environmental influences to create a complete picture of your health status and potential risk factors. This thorough understanding allows the development of personalised preventive strategies and an early intervention plan.

Vaccination Services
At Queensgate Medical Centre, we recognise vaccinations and immunisations as one of medicine’s most powerful preventative tools.
We strive to deliver a comprehensive, minimally invasive, and comfortable vaccination experience for every individual in our care. With a focus on gentle techniques and minimal disruption, our physicians and nurses are highly attentive to the common anxieties and sensitivities often associated with this service.
In accordance with the WA Health Department’s Immunisation Schedule, we provide and have readily available stock for all routine childhood immunisations. Additionally, we provide free scheduled government vaccines to those eligible, including seasonal influenza and COVID-19 protection, as well as private vaccinations such as Hepatitis A & B, whooping cough, and workplace vaccinations.

Travel Medicine
As a Yellow Fever Accredited facility, Queensgate Medical Centre offers comprehensive travel immunisation services, to keep you healthy wherever your adventures take you!
We offer a complete range of common travel vaccines such as influenza, hepatitis A, hepatitis B, typhoid, and yellow fever. Personalised risk assessments and recommended vaccines will depend on your specific destination, duration of stay, and individual health factors.
At Queensgate Medical Centre, our team stays up to date on current guidelines and emerging research. We understand that it’s normal to have questions about vaccines and are always happy to talk you through any concerns.

Iron Infusions
Are you feeling constantly tired, short of breath, or struggling with low energy? If so, then you may be experiencing iron deficiency.
At Queensgate Medical Centre, we offer a seamless and supportive iron infusion experience from start to finish. This includes an initial pre-consultation and eligibility assessment by one of our doctors, followed by a personalised treatment plan. Infusions are safely administered by our experienced nurses in an allocated 45-minute slot, with careful monitoring throughout. Follow-up pathology is then arranged at 8 weeks, with results reviewed by your clinician to guide ongoing management.
Please note: we also accept iron infusion referrals for pregnant women from their obstetricians, providing safe and coordinated care during pregnancy.
To find out if an iron infusion is right for you, please book in with one of our doctors today!
Minor Procedures
At Queensgate Medical Centre, our nurses and doctors offer a range of minor procedures.
Our services include skin excisions and biopsy of suspicious lesions such as skin cancers, cryotherapy for sun-damaged skin and warts, and comprehensive wound and ulcer care.
We also provide scar minimisation treatments, dressings, removal of sutures (stitches), removal of foreign bodies, and ingrown toenail surgery – all performed with a focus on minimal tissue trauma and optimal healing.
Contraceptive device insertion and removal, including Implanon, Mirena, and Copper IUD is also available through our doctors. Please note that only Dr. Jackline Oku and Dr. Karen Wong perform Mirena insertions and that a consult prior is required.
Children & Teen Health
Our GPs are highly experienced in caring for children from infancy through to adolescence, supporting their physical, emotional, and developmental wellbeing at every stage.
Children’s health involves more than just treating illness — it includes monitoring growth and development, supporting mental health, and encouraging positive social behaviours. Our family doctors are committed to building long-term relationships with families to help ensure your child’s ongoing health and happiness.
We understand that teenagers may feel uneasy visiting a GP. That’s why our team offers a warm, friendly, and approachable environment to help them feel at ease.
You’re welcome to take a seat in our designated children’s waiting area, which overlooks the lake and surrounding greenery — a peaceful space designed to help children and families feel calm and comfortable. If preferred, you’re also welcome to wait in your car until your appointment — the choice is yours. Just advise our reception team at the time of booking your appointment.
