A Dedicated Menopause Health Service by Queensgate Medical Centre

Karen and Richa Edited.jpg

At Qura Menopause Clinic, we believe menopause is a powerful new beginning. A chapter of strength, growth, and empowerment.

Derived from the Latin word “Cura”, meaning care and healing, Qura reflects our mission: to provide compassionate, expert-led support for every woman as she transitions through perimenopause, menopause, and beyond.

This is your time. We’re honoured to guide you through it.

Q menoupause  is for women

Our GP-led women’s health clinic offers tailored, evidence-based care to guide you through this stage of life with confidence.

We understand that every woman’s experience is unique — and we're here to walk this journey beside you, with empathy,
insight, and individualised care.

Whether you're seeking symptom relief, hormonal support, or simply a safe space to feel heard —  we are here to support your

transformation with clarity and compassion.

You do not need a referral to see us as at the Q Menopause Clinic - you can book directly.

What to expect at your first appointment

To begin your journey with us, we’ll book you in for an extended 60 minute initial consultation— held in person at our clinic.
This dedicated time allows us to truly listen, understand your current symptoms, explore your medical history, and consider your overall health and risk factors.

Menopause is a deeply personal experience, and we want to understand what matters most to you. Our goal is to work with you
o develop a treatment plan that’s not only evidence-based but also thoughtfully tailored to your unique needs.

Your care may involve hormone replacement therapy (HRT), non-hormonal options, or lifestyle-based strategies.
With your consent, we may also recommend the support of other allied health professionals or specialists as part of your care team.

Follow-up is a key part of this journey. Regular check-ins ensure your treatment is effective, that you're on the right dose,
and that any side effects are carefully monitored and managed.

Menopause is a transition that deserves time, understanding, and expert support. We’re here to walk alongside you with compassion,
experience, and care—because getting it right often takes time, and every woman’s journey is different.

DR BETHANY REYNOLDS

Dr Bethany is a warm and holistic GP who loves working with people to connect both the finer details and the bigger picture of their health.

After graduating from Monash University in 2014 with an MBBS and BMedSci (Hons), Bethany trained across a wide range of medical and surgical specialties in Melbourne’s South East. A rotation in Obstetrics & Gynaecology sparked her passion for women’s health, leading her to complete a Diploma of Obstetrics in 2021 as part of her General Practice training.

When she began working in General Practice, Bethany quickly recognised that many common but important health issues—like menopause—weren’t covered in depth during hospital training. This inspired her to dive deeper, pursue further education, and stay up to date with the latest evidence and treatment options to better support women at this stage of life. She is a proud member of both the Australian Menopause Society and the RACGP.

Outside of work, Bethany embraces balance and fun—whether it’s unwinding with a delightfully trashy book, going to dance class, crocheting, or spending time with her husband, young daughter, and much-loved geriatric dog.

DR richa singh

Dr Richa Singh is an experienced family doctor and Women’s Health has always been one of Dr. Singh’s key interests. Over the years in general practice, she has realised the significant impact that menopause can have on women’s physical and emotional wellbeing — and how challenging it can be for women to navigate through this phase.

She is dedicated to providing evidence-based, personalised support to women through all stages of the menopause transition. Her approach is centred on listening, educating, and empowering patients to make informed decisions about their health — whether that involves hormone therapy, lifestyle changes, or other supportive treatments. Her goal is to help women feel like themselves again and regain confidence in their health and wellbeing.

At QURA, Dr. Singh is committed to creating a welcoming, supportive environment where patients feel heard and cared for.

Fluent in both English and Hindi, she values strong, lasting relationships with her patients and is dedicated to helping women make informed decisions about their health at every stage of life.
