Purpose:
The Practice is committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring your personal and health information is handled in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).

How We Use Your Information
The Practice collects personal information to provide healthcare services, maintain medical records, process payments and claims, and communicate regarding your care.

Your information may be shared with healthcare providers involved in your treatment, including specialists, hospitals, pathology providers, and through My Health Record where applicable.

You have the right to:
• Know what information is collected and why.
• Access and request correction of your records.
• Lodge a privacy complaint with the Practice.

Consent
Your personal information will only be used for the purpose for which it was collected, unless additional consent is obtained or disclosure is required by law.

The Practice does not use personal information for direct marketing without consent. Patients are responsible for any debt collection costs relating to unpaid accounts.

Other Information
De-identified information may be used for education, training, quality improvement, accreditation, and research activities. All information remains anonymous and confidential.
Privacy concerns should be submitted in writing and will be managed through the Practice's complaints process.

Our Facilities
Our modern medical centre has been thoughtfully designed with comfort and accessibility in mind. We offer convenient parking, including dedicated ACROD bays near the entrance, along with full wheelchair access and lifts to all levels to ensure ease of access for all patients.

Inside, you’ll find welcoming and comfortable waiting areas suitable for all ages, including a designated children’s play area.

Our private consultation rooms provide a quiet and confidential setting, and on-site Clinipath Pathology allows you to complete required tests conveniently during your visit.

We believe quality healthcare should be accessible to everyone in our community.

​​​As a private practice, we bulk-bill standard appointments for children under the age of 12, aged pension card holders, and disability pension cardholders. We also provide discounted rates for teenagers and concession card holders.

Please note: mental health and procedure appointments attract a gap fee.
